Hello [HOME]ies!

My name is Jimmy L. Mercado and change is in the air in 2017!  Welcome to my new website that is currently being built out for you to explore the future of your LA residency. For the past 3 years I've been the Broker at RE/MAX Supreme in Downey. Hustling, bustling and managing 12 agents.  

In order to be closer and more accessible to my clients and the city that I love, LA Homeboy Real Estate will be opening up soon. 

I can honestly say that I have been in and around real estate all my life. My mother, who is Broker herself, would take me out as a kid to show houses, collect rents, put up flyers, and to list homes. 

I personally earned my agents license in 2003 and recently became a Broker in January of 2013. I graduated from UCLA with a degree in philosophy and am a property owner myself. So I understand the frustrations, difficulties and joys that can come from buying, and for that matter, selling a home. 

Also I do speak Spanish. But enough about me, I would like to get to know you, the prospective buyer and/or seller, better.
